User deletion "not in list" template

This template is used as the body of an e-mail message which is sent out to people who ask to be deleted from the distribution list of the newsletter, that aren't actually in our distribution list. This message will be sent to them to let them know that they could not be removed from the list and that they should check their e-mail software to make sure that they sent the e-mail from the correct address.
