OptInMail is a complete PornMail style newsletter system capable of tracking signups by website (with online reporting of stats), assignment of credits to webmasters for insertions of their ad into the newsletter, removing subscribers when emails bounce back, handling user cancellations, daily reporting of activity (new subscribers, cancellations, bounced removals), insertions of the webmaster ads by a variable ratio (ie. 1.3 insertions per active subscriber etc.), calculation of average subscriber length etc.

It has been operationally tested and comes complete with documentation. Support/installation of the software would be at an hourly rate you would have to work out directly with the programmer who developed it.
